DNC – Unequal Opportunity Employer

“I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.”

The Daily Wire, which first reported the incident, posted a screenshot of an email sent to DNC insiders containing the above referenced quote from current DNC Chairman Tom Perez.

Just for those of you who may not know the true definition of the word cisgender, it is defined as follows; denoting or relating to a person whose sense of personal identity and gender corresponds with their birth sex.

In a statement made to The Hill, DNC spokesman Michael Tyler said, “The email in question was not authorized by the DNC nor was it authorized by senior leadership.”

Of course, it was not authorized. The Democratic Party has made it clear over the course of the last year and a half that rules and laws do not apply to them. And if they must, rules and laws should only be acknowledged when actual proof reveals the true intentions of the DNC and its’ staff.

The hiring practices of the DNC appear to not only be racist but sexist as well. This does not sound like a political party looking to unite Americans but actually divide us completely. Identity politics as usual with the Democrats.

A little context here if you will. On February 25, 2017, Perez was elected Chairman (on a second ballot). Minutes after being elected, Perez named Keith Ellison as deputy chair. As Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice under former president Barack Obama, one would guess Perez would be more familiar with the policies of The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or EEOC Act of 1964 which enforces federal laws prohibiting workplace discrimination.

The very first sentence on the EEOC states the following; To further promote equal employment opportunities for American workers.

Another section within The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Act is perhaps even more alarming. The section titled – NONDISCRIMINATION IN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT contains the following verbiage;

Nothing contained in this Act shall relieve any Government agency or official of its or his primary responsibility to assure nondiscrimination in employment as required by the Constitution and statutes or of its or his responsibilities under Executive Order 11478 relating to equal employment opportunity in the Federal Government.

Who has time for things like government rules, regulations and fair hiring practices for American citizens?

Certainly not the Democratic Party nor Tom Perez and his staff. Perhaps we need a special counsel to investigate on behalf of the American people… just a thought.
